...I am leaving Boston and moving to San Francisco.

My last day in work was last Friday (23rd) and the moving company is coming here early Monday (26th) to take everything and ship it out there. The only thing they are not taking is a suitcase, my camera and my car, as I will be driving myself out there, starting that same day. My current route is Boston, New York, Washington DC, Orlando, Cape Canaveral, Pensacola, New Orleans, Houston, Austin, Carlsbad, El Paso, Roswell, Santa Fe, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Las Vegas, Death Valley, Mojave Desert, Santa Barbara, Pacific Coast Highway to San Francisco. If anyone has interesting places to see (or to stay) en route, please do let me know, ok?

At this time, I do not yet have a new home address or phone, or even a new work phone number in California. During my drive out west, I will be regularly checking in for messages with a friend of mine (Jon at xxx-xxx-xxxx) and my father (Proinnsias at xxx-xxx-x-xxx-xxxx). Note that my current email address will continue to work throughout all this, and will probably be the best way to contact me for the next few weeks, as I will be checking this nightly. Once all the dust settles, and I have other contact info, such as phone numbers, new home address, new work address, etc out in California, I will let people know. Meanwhile, I am going to finish other prep work in the 7-some hours remaining before the movers arrive here...
